Simple Review
Truth & Justice by Chad Underkoffler
This book was a refreshing break from the point based "balanced" role-playing game systems designed for supers. Not to knock any other effort at describing super powered being, but the other systems don't hold a candle. In this game, two heroes can fight side by side and be different power levels and nothing takes away the story strength of the less powerful character. It's even possible in a "verses" that SuperBat can be beaten by Normal-gadget-guy, and The Wonderous-Twins can take on The Bulk in an even match.
